Premier Business Systems LLC operates as a hybrid provider, offering:

Software access (CRM, automation systems, AI tools)

Done-for-you system setup and implementation

AI-powered communication tools (voice, SMS, chat)

Marketing and automation services

Services may be provided under brands including, but not limited to:

PremierBizSystem

ContractorPro Systems

Premier A.R.E. (Automated Revenue Engine)

GetPremier Ai


3. Billing & Payments

All subscriptions are automatically billed monthly.

Setup fees may apply depending on the service selected.

Certain programs (such as Awareness packages) require a minimum 3-month commitment.

SaaS subscriptions are month-to-month with no contract unless otherwise stated.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

We will attempt to charge your payment method up to three (3) times.

If payment is not successful, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved.


4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy.


5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You will retain access until that time.

After Cancellation

Access to systems and services will be terminated.

You remain responsible for any usage-based charges, including: SMS Email AI usage Third-party service fees


6. AI & Automation Disclaimer

You acknowledge that our services include artificial intelligence and automation tools.

AI systems may produce errors or inaccurate responses.

Automated communications may not always perform as expected.

You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring communications sent on your behalf.

Premier Business Systems LLC is not liable for errors, miscommunications, or outcomes resulting from AI or automation use.


7. Results Disclaimer

We provide systems designed to improve business operations, response time, and lead handling.

However:

We do not guarantee results, including: Revenue increases Lead conversion Booked jobs Customer retention

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business operations, responsiveness, and market conditions.


8. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain active integrations (phone, email, CRM connections)

Respond promptly during setup and implementation

Use the system in compliance with all laws and regulations

Not use our platform for spam, abuse, or illegal activity

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact system performance and results.


9. Account Access & Ownership

Client-Owned Accounts

For accounts created within your own CRM agency:

You are responsible for maintaining payment and access

If payment is not made, services and buildouts will not proceed

Platform Access

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

Access is contingent on maintaining an active subscription


10. Third-Party Services

Our systems integrate with third-party providers, including but not limited to:

GoHighLevel

Twilio

Stripe

This also includes any tools, integrations, or services connected through GoHighLevel.

We are not responsible for:

Service outages

Delivery failures (calls, texts, emails)

Platform errors

Pricing changes from third-party providers


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Premier Business Systems LLC shall not be liable for:

Lost revenue or profits

Missed leads or opportunities

Business interruption

System downtime

Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the previous 30 days.


12. System Performance Disclaimer

While our systems are designed for speed and automation:

We do not guarantee that every call, message, or lead will be captured

Missed calls or delays may occur due to: Carrier issues Platform limitations Third-party failures


13. Messaging & Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all communication laws, including:

SMS and A2P messaging regulations

Customer consent requirements

Opt-in and opt-out compliance

Premier Business Systems LLC is not responsible for misuse of messaging systems.


14. Account Transfer Fee

If you request an account transfer:

A transfer fee will apply

Transfers will not be initiated until payment is received

Additional requirements may apply depending on the platform


15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.


16. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
